Neighbors, both old and new, are entitled to receive a special "Neighbors Only" version of the Welcome Booklet which is similar to the public booklet above, but contains neighbor-specific information, including:

• Names and locations of neighbors (excluding those who wished to be excluded)
• Contact information for Board members, Helping Hands participants and Bird Count contacts, and
• Recommended Home Services lists, detailing neighbors' experiences and evaluations of service providers.
